German Chocolate Pudding Shots

The classic flavors of German chocolate cake are coconut, pecan, caramel and coffee, so a number of different liquors would work with this one!

Ingredients:
1 package of sugar free chocolate pudding
1/2 c caramel or espresso flavored whiskey cream
1/4 c coconut rum
3/4 c skim milk
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
Pecans and Shredded coconut for topping

With an electric mixer, mix together pudding, milk and both liquors. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small cups, top with coconut and pecans and freeze overnight.

White Peppermint Mocha Pudding Shots

The White Chocolate version of the classic coffee drink

Ingredients:
1 package of sugar free white chocolate pudding
1/2 c peppermint mocha whiskey cream
1/4 c peppermint liquor
3/4 c skim milk
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
4 mini candy canes

With an electric mixer, mix together pudding, milk and both liquors. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small cups, top with candy canes and freeze overnight.

Like the delicious seasonal coffee drink

Ingredients:

1/2 c peppermint mocha whiskey cream
1/4 c peppermint liquor
3/4 c skim milk
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
4 mini candy canes

With an electric mixer, mix together pudding, milk and both liquors. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small cups, top with candy canes and freeze overnight.

Irish Coffee Pudding Shots

Classic Irish liquors, with Kahlua to give it the coffee flavor!

1 box sugar free chocolate pudding
¾ cup skim milk
¼ cup Irish whiskey
1/4 cup Irish cream
1/4 cup Kahlua
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
sprinkles

Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and three liquors
Fold in whipped topping and top with sprinkles
Freeze overnight

Gingersnap Pudding Shots

A classic holiday flavor with a hint of coffee

Ingredients:
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
¾ cup skim milk
1/4 cup Kahlua (seasonal gingerbread flavor if you can find it!)
1/2 cup Gingersnap flavored liquor
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
5 gingersnap cookies, crushed

Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and both liquors.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with cookies.
Freeze overnight.
