Jameson and Baileys make the perfect Irish Coffee!
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
¾ cup skim milk
1/2 cup Irish Cream (any flavor works)
1/4 cup Irish Whiskey
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
Sugar free chocolate syrup
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk, both liquors, and instant coffee
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with chocolate syrup
Freeze overnight
