Banana liquor and dark rum are the key ingredients in the Banana foster dessert. Just don’t try to light these on fire!
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
¾ cup skim milk
1/2 cup banana rum
1/4 cup dark rum
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
banana slices
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and both liquors.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with banana slices
Freeze overnight
