A fun twist on a traditional Irish Coffee. Great for brunch or Saint Patrick’s Day!
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
¾ cup skim milk
¼ cup espresso flavored baileys
½ cup Irish Whiskey
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
Sprinkles
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk, instant coffee and both liquors
Fold in whipped topping and spoon into small cups. Top with sprinkles.
Freeze overnight.
