Espresso with a little bit of spice!!
1 package of sugar free vanilla pudding
1/2 c Chili Chocolate Kahlua
1/4 c Espresso vodka
3/4 c skim milk
1 tbsp (or to taste) instant coffee
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
With an electric mixer, mix together pudding, instant coffee, milk and both liquors. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small cups, top with sprinkles and freeze overnight.
