The “pudding” version of an espresso martini!
1 package of sugar free vanilla pudding
1/2 c espresso vodka
1/4 c espresso flavored Baileys
3/4 c skim milk
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
With an electric mixer, mix together pudding, milk and both liquors. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small cups, top with sprinkles and freeze overnight.
