Like a pumpkin pie with a gingersnap crust!
1 box sugar free butterscotch pudding
¾ cup skim milk
1/2 cup Pumpkin Spice Kahlua
1/4 cup gingersnap flavored liquor
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
3 Gingersnaps, crushed
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and both liquors.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with gingersnaps
Freeze overnight
