Do you have to use sugar free and fat free ingredients?
LikeLike
No you do not. I’ve designed them to be 50-56 calories per shot (and 2 weight watchers points) when you make 22-24 shots, which is why I use fat free and sugar free. But, you can absolutely use regular pudding, regular cool whip and low fat or whole milk!

Can I switch the liquor amounts? I thought 1/4 cup Kahlua and 1/2 cup banana rum or 99 bananas?

Absolutely! I’ve found that 3/4 c total liquor gets the best consistency, but you can mix amount the amounts of each type however you like

Does freezing them keep the bananas from turning brown or do you need to put bananas on top just before serving?

do you have to freeze them? what happens if you dont?

They don’t have to be frozen, but should definitely be refrigerated since they include dairy. They have a better texture when frozen, but will also keep for awhile in a cooler!
