Great any time of year, but the cinnamon chips, which are usually only available during the holidays, are a nice touch!
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
¾ cup skim milk
¼ cup Rumchata
½ cup cinnamon bun flavored vodka
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
2 tbsp Cinnamon chips and cinnamon
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and both liquors.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with cinnamon and cinnamon chips.
