A classic holiday flavor with a hint of coffee
Ingredients:
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
¾ cup skim milk
1/4 cup Kahlua (seasonal gingerbread flavor if you can find it!)
1/2 cup Gingersnap flavored liquor
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
5 gingersnap cookies, crushed
Using an electric mixer beat together pudding, milk and both liquors.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into small cups and top with cookies.
Freeze overnight.
