Perfect for fall, and the BEST Thanksgiving dessert!
Ingredients:
1 package of sugar free vanilla pudding
1/2 c pumpkin pie flavored vodka
1/4 c pumpkin pie cream liquor
3/4 c skim milk
1 tub of fat free whipped topping
pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
Crushed graham crackers or gingersnaps for topping
With an electric mixer, mix together pudding, milk and both liquors. Fold in whipped topping, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Spoon into small cups, top with graham crackers or gingersnaps, and freeze overnight.
You mention pumpkin in your mixing instruction, but no pumpkin is listed in the ingredients, how much better canned raw pumpkin?

You don’t actually need to add pumpkin (I probably meant to take that out of the instructions!) but you can add a little bit if you want to. If you do, just a few spoonfuls works!
